Looked a lot like the admin was just playing around with phpbb updates ... but yeah, an overloaded server might just look the same.

UPDATE:

Nick (AKA Kode-Niner) helped me out yesterday for over an hour. I just wanted to thank him here on this page!

We fixed quite a few security weak points on the server and most importantly he educated me as to how and why these things needed to be changed!
