Brought a CF-19, what should I do first?

inb4 someone saying "by NOT testing the IP65 rating of it! (aka sitting on the #8chan IRC channel while showering)"

Thanks to safn1949 I brought a CF-19 Mk2, serial number CF-19FHGAAAM, has no caddy and a cracked back half of screen (or whatever you explain it, the back panel of the screen case? idk), but that doesn't bother me, where should I buy a HD caddy? cheapest I seen on Ebay is 61 euros with shipping from Germany, and takes 3-4 days to come in the mail.. should I go for it or wait?

Yes go with that one , it's going to be a lot faster. Cost a little more but you don't have to wait a month to get it

Just remove that cover and slap a piece of waterproof tape on the inside of the crack....done deal until you get the bucks for a used cover. I use eternabond because I have some for the rv roof.

Tape will work..but..do you have a source for JBWeld Epoxy? Tape the outside temporarily put JBWeld on the inside so the ugly doesn't show. Pull the tape just before the epoxy sets.

Good ideas to repair the lid. Just don't let Rob jump on it, especially after he's had a few beers . . . .
