personally, bluetooth mice and keyboards are to slow. when i start moving the mouse, i want it to start moving, not wait a noticeable length of time and then start moving.
I've tried some pretty fancy ones and they all respond kind of slowly.
I'll stick with my optical/laser mice personally.
