The normal set that I have for w2000/xp will not work You have a rare NT/w2K model If you are good at software ,I beleve there is a post here on changing the iso file in disk 1 to allow loading w2000 from the w2K/xp disk Had to mod it to load on my cf-18 mk-2 as it was a strange model # and it worke...

Let me know if you are lacking the right software in XP for the bluetooth
I have some old files that worked on a cf-18 mk-2
For some reason on that machine xpsp3 did not have the correct drivers/aplication for the built-in bluetooth and I spend days finding software

Probably a hardware item that was previously disabled and now showing up with the bios reset

You might try a hard reset by removing the battery and ac adapter and holding the power switch down for 5 sec
Then add ac adapter and hit F2 while booting and on the last tab ,reset to defaults
Any change of com port items can mess things up
