You can still use the complete LCD panel from MK3 or MK4. Just disconnect the sensor. Its useless anyway as User32 said. Also it has better screen than those from MK5 or MK6. Use the existing cable of your unit though.

You need PC3 8500 or PC3 1066. But the cost of these ram are to high. One stick of 8GB will cost you around 85buck.

It depends on the model. If your model has an option for Camera. Then it has only one slot of RAM.

Try first to replaced the ram with a good known RAM before you go anywhere. One slot at a time. Pull out known ad on hardware like wireless card, media drive, harddrive and etc.

This model of Toughbook cf-19 has no wireless Lan, Bluetooth and its bracket. It is federal issue model. You will need a half mini pcie wireless card(I believed an intel 6200 will be fine). Bluetooth module and its bracket. You can also installed a WWAN but you need to activate it by SPGOBI2K unlock...
