When searched for CF-30 BIOS and Embedded Controller files, the Panasonic Download Support site (both Panasonic.com and also pc-dl.Panasonic.co.jp/dl) lists ONLY those for the C/D Mk1 models (and even then only for the XP Downgrade versions): specifically offering only BIOS V1.00L20 and EC V1.00L17....
