The 3 disk restore cd set for your mk-2 touchscreen should have the part # DFQX3799MA
Try using the second usb port , and fuss with timing incerting the disk on boot up ect
At worst you should see the mesage machine not support

The cf-18 blue tabbed battery is original lowest capacity , and first in the series ,
so the other batterys are higher capacity and fresher

None of the processer upgrades were an option for the cf-51
The unlocked G will work ,as it's the right fsb and socket ....just pricy

The cycles are very low on both , close to new

Yes The touchscreen panel failures over a two year period has tarnished their reputation ,and I am sure they don't want that to pop up again I don't know where the panels were made , but in my view it was a disaster It would be very shortsighted of them to sacrifice their reliability to gain short t...
