thats normal, if the cmos battery is dead
just exchange it and it will start after the first initializations normal with the switch.
I had no problems with killcmos on the toughbook.

Hm, as I wrote above, I had the same problems. The final solution was to insert an HDD with a working Win7 32bit and the bootable (<4GB) USB-stick with DOS and the BIOS on the stick. Now I had started the engine and repeatedly hit F12. The DOS-prompt from the USB-stick appears :-) . It worked not ev...
