if i recall, we discovered a mk 1 will handle 8gb. 2nd HDD adapter model. specific model is not as important as making sure it is SATA to SATA 12mm, or some call it 12.7mm You need to buy a cf 31 dvd and remove the dvd drive from the plastic caddy and connector. Those need to be reused on the 2nd HD...

Cable looks different also. An older cable will probably not work. Might need to buy the proper mk5 cable from Heartland. If it was mine, I would add the needed socket, but I have a hot air station and all of the needed equipment to attempt it. Still tricky soldering a flexible cable. Low temp paste...
