Most WWAN drivers come rolled up in a proprietary software package, specific to the laptop as has already been mentioned. The fact that Windows can see the card is a good sign, but getting the drivers extracted and installed is a big hurdle. But if you can do that, often you can have Windows manage ...

Re: Site loading performance!
Rob,
I think I speak for pretty much everyone here when I say thank you for all you do to make this site possible. I know it is a passion of yours as well, but we really do appreciate the daily efforts (and sometimes headaches).

Re: I've HAD IT! I need help with my touchpad!
There is usually a "palm check" option as well. Basically for when you have sustained contact with the touchpad. Otherwise, just turn off tap to click or turn the sensitivity all the way down.

Dual RF and changing configuration
CF19 config.JPG I added GPS to this machine using Panasonic original parts and then tried to switch the 2nd RF pass-though in BIOS to GPS once I already had it reassembled. No such luck- not an option on the Mk3. I looked on Toughwiki and I see the wireless options digit has specific configuration ...

Re: SSD issues?
I forget exactly when I bought it, but I know it is at least 2 years old. My main concern is if this is a drive going bad, I need to find a way to back up my data. Might just park this thing and use my CF-19 until I get home.

SSD issues?
I have been noticing a few weird hanging issues with my CF-52 over a period of time and originally attributed it to the poor quality Internet I have right now. Then I noticed the same slight hanging issue while working on a local application. I opened up the tools provided by Corsair, and I am seein...
