Well you can rule out one of the caddy's being bad, sounds like something on the board is bad or locked out. Have you tried booting from a usb live cd/dvd to see if you can get anything out of it or if that option is locked out. If you think you need any parts and anything internal from a gobook 2 w...

I missed out on a few on ebay a while back, I blame part of that on coverage area and my phone, lol. Still keeping a eye out for one, just wanting to know if anyone has any experience with them.

Thanks Rob, This will help in my decision later on if I want to upgrade to wwan, gps, rubber keyboard later on, or just get a different unit with this already installed.
