HDD replacement Need advice
I recently acquired a cf 19 Mk4 with a 160 gb HDD. I would like to replace it with a SSD drive. I was looking at a
SAMSUNG 850 EVO 2.5" 500GB SATA III 3-D Vertical Internal Solid State Drive, will it work ? Is it a direct replacement ? If not what would be the correct ssd replacement ?

Hi Jim! The touchscreen sounds like it is failing, a common problem I'm sorry to say. Later models CF-18 and CF-29, and early CF-19 have touchscreens that often fail. You can replace it with aftermarket or maybe see if member Sadlmkr (Jeff) can repair it. The GPS should be putting out NMEA text at ...

Hey guys, I am a new Tuff Book owner and have a question about the battery. My battery will run completely down in about two weeks with the computer shut completely off (charger not connected) but if I take it out of the computer it stays charged indefinitely Is this normal or do I have a problem ? ...

Well another lesson learned, the aftermarket caddy was a piece of junk

Thanks for the quick reply, that's cool or should I say warm. Since I doubt it will see any sever cold
