Just a thought, but have you installed or have the Panasonic DMI viewer? It would show you the complete model number.

No, he meant 19. Alot of 18 users are finding luck using the 19 vista for some reason. Perhaps they are the same, or just more compatible. Not sure, but it was mentioned.

So install and run crossloop on all the pc's? Is it like PCAnywhere where it runs in the background on the remote machines and I can connect and control at will from my host machine?
