That's a bunch of BS! I bought my CF-31 BRAND NEW, sealed in the box and it came with the 5A charger! Yours did too if I recall... The 5A ones won't charge the battery as quickly as the 7A ones, that's all. All in all, there is nothing to worry. Just don't use the tiny little 2.5A ones with the CF-...
