I got a cf54mk2 (CF-54EY142TG) here and I was wondering what this port on the rear side is used for. Anyone able to shed a light on this?

my oldest is a cf19mk3 from 2008. has been used till january 2023, 15 years ... then replaced with a t420 (for half a year, feels cheaply made) and then with a cf54mk2
