So even though there is a NMEA COM port in device manager, it isn't streaming any information?

Hello, I've looked all over and I can't find a solution to this. We have several CF-30's that do not have Panasonic's integrated GPS, but they do have GOBI-1000's. I see in Device Manager that there is a Qualcomm NMEA device and it is on Port8. I have not been able to stream NMEA information into Vi...
