All sorted, Ive upated, Ive a Samsung ssd 4tb in the caddy, a WD blue ssd internal and 32gb ram and all working well

I dont think its broken, I think this is a base model without touchscreen and lower resolution, if Id known I would not have bought it, as they say, you live and learn

Ive 2 CF-19s, both with 1Tb samsung SSD's in, 1 Mk4, Ive had for about 14 years, the other Mk5, a CF-20 Mk1 with a 2Tb Samsung SSD + docking station + about 10 batteries, On the way to me is a CF54 Mk3 that will have SSD upgrade to a 4Tb or 2 x 2 Tb's and some extra memory

I use both, my main is a CF-20, sometimes Ive not got it with me so I use one of my CF-19s, they all do the job perfect with Picoscope
