Let it charge for a while, pull HDD. Power on and when Panasonic logo appears on screen start hitting F2 to get in bios. If no Panasonic logo appears, could be bad news. I don’t know if cmos battery will charge.

There’s a big silver arrow pointing down on the top of the page. That’s where some downloads are. Check the CF-29 folder, there’s one for audio driver. Hope that helps. Just remembered , at the top of the page there is a big silver square with an arrow pointing down. This is the download page. Go there, choose CF-19 and you’ll find a link to the XP drivers download zip file. That might just fix it.
