I'm currently taking a really hard look at a GETAC V110. It starts with Haswell in Gen1 and goes up from there. 99% sure the 19 Mk6, Mk7 and Mk8 also use a 2nd flatcable for the backlight.
Keep in mind though that the Emssive Chiclet Keyboard is not waterproof!

You could use the WWAN slot as a USB connector with a mPCIe > USB adapter, that's how I used to do Bluetooth on my own 31.
