I have two CF-51 I'll be upgrading to Core Duo someday. Is there a hardware maintenance manual available for the VR-1 so that I can upgrade it to core duo?

I'm looking for an inexpensive replacement. I hear there's an HP, a Dell and maybe an IBM that will fit.

I've read that the GD6000, VR-1 and VR-2 use the same power adapter.
