I uninstalled the Toshiba Bluetooth stack and it seems to be working fine with the Win 7 drivers and the mouse wakes the unit up. Not sure why the Toshiba stack couldn't do this but it is what it is I guess. Thanks.

So I right clicked on the driver and I can see a pulldown with various items pertaining to the driver, but none of it is editable. Just shows the state of that item. In the Panasonic power saving utility the section on wireless lan power saving is shaded out and it looks like neither enable or disable are checked. I went into the Windows power management and didn't see Bluetooth mentioned.
