The whole computer is locked out because of the Bios Password. I cant use the computer without it being removed.

Hello All, I love Toughbooks, the only laptop I will use. Currently using a CF-52. I have been to a few shops, no one seems to be able to help with this problem. Bought this toughbook off of Ebay, CF-C2. It has a Bios password. I can't find a way around it. I think it is going to cost me $230+ to ha...
